As a Model & Talent Scout, your mission is simple:
Find people with that “it” factor.
You’ll be the bridge between undiscovered talent and high-profile opportunities with The Miami News. From print and digital campaigns to podcast guests and branded events, the people you scout could become the next face of a national feature—or a surprise viral moment.
You don’t need an agency background. You don’t need casting experience.
