After decades at the top of corporate consulting, Craig Bruce stepped away from the chase to help others live aligned, fulfilled lives. His movement, “The Fulfillment Revolution,” is transforming leadership from the inside out.

Craig Bruce knows the price of traditional success. After 25 years rising through the ranks—ultimately becoming a partner at a $3.5 billion consulting firm—he was celebrated on the outside but quietly unraveling within. The wake-up call came mid-flight, when a flight attendant looked him in the eyes and said, “You look awful.”
“That was the first moment I stopped pretending everything was fine,” Bruce recalls. The mirror on the airplane revealed more than fatigue. It showed a life misaligned. Shortly after, ordered to bed rest by his doctor, Bruce kept working—from bed. But a deeper shift had begun.
Today, Bruce is the Founder and Managing Principal of Evolve Advisory Group and the architect of the Elevate You Blueprint™. Through these platforms, he coaches high-performing executives, entrepreneurs, and trailblazers who have achieved everything they thought they wanted—only to find themselves craving purpose, energy, and meaning.
“Success without alignment is just burnout in disguise,” Bruce says. His work doesn’t sell hustle culture or overnight transformation. Instead, it integrates vitality, conscious leadership, and relationship-centered strategy into a system that guides leaders from achievement to alignment. “The real power move isn’t climbing higher. It’s choosing to live more intentionally.”
His book, The Fulfillment Revolution, has sparked a movement. Now expanding into an online community and multi-tiered coaching ecosystem, the initiative is redefining what it means to lead—and live—well. With clients ranging from C-suite executives to ambitious rising stars, Bruce’s message resonates widely: sustainable success requires intentional living.
Bruce’s own life reflects that philosophy. His days begin tech-free, with morning sunlight and grounding walks alongside his Aussie Doodles, Baskins and Baker. Strength training, whole-food nutrition, focused work blocks, and evening reflection are non-negotiables. “It’s not about balance. It’s about intentional integration,” he says.
His programs are growing fast. The “Beyond Achievement” six-month coaching program is expanding to include rising leaders, and a new “Disruptive Leadership” initiative is helping organizations prepare for the volatility of modern business. The goal? To transform 10,000 leaders over the next decade.
Bruce is no stranger to setbacks. He recalls freezing on stage during a major speaking competition, a moment that transported him back to childhood trauma. “I was performing instead of embodying,” he admits. That experience shaped his current authenticity-focused approach. “Your greatest credibility comes from your scars, not your success.”
He’s also deeply committed to youth empowerment. As Executive Committee member and 2025 Ambassador of the Year for the Boys & Girls Club of Cathedral City, Bruce helps shape programs that teach young leaders how to define success on their own terms. “Early intervention changes everything,” he says. “They shouldn’t have to wait for a wake-up call like I did.”
Whether in corporate boardrooms or community clubs, Bruce is catalyzing a new leadership paradigm—one where well-being and impact are not mutually exclusive. “Don’t build a life that looks good but feels empty,” he urges. “You don’t need all the answers. You need alignment, courage, and the willingness to evolve.”
